Not satisfied at all. First of all, when the day came to pick up the guitar he told me that sometimes E high string slips off the nut but i can easily put it back, while we already had made the reservation one week before. After he changed the pick up time three times and in the end without asking me he canceled the reservation last minute saying he's not gonna be able to be at home so i can go and pick it up while I had to play a concert the next day. In the end after making a new reservation we arranged to pick up the guitar next morning. Things didn't end there though. The E high was slipping off all the time and after I realized that he hadn't pass the E and B strings from the string retainer and that's why the E string was slipping off. The worst thing was that the guitar strings were not properly placed and the guitar was not set up resulting in the guitar was going out of tune all the time while i was playing.Also an other small surprise was that the zipper from the guitar case was broken so that it went off and it took me half an hour to put it up. Subsequently when I gave him back his guitar and he asked if all was good I explained him the situation and he "ignored me" telling me "ok thanks have a good night". In the end I don't think the price (55£) wasn't reasonable for the many flaws it had
