These are in terrible condition & do not work as they're meant to. Both arms have issues locking into place, once fully locked they do not hold their position. Majorly impacted the job. Spent over an hour trying to get both arms to hold position.

2/5 stars - First experience with this lender, I hired the manfrotto magic arms specifically for the tightening wheel to mount cameras, but at collection I was given the 143N magic arms with a tightening lever. Lender said he didn't have the correct magic arms for me while I was collecting on my way to the shoot and questioned me about why I needed the magic arms with wheel as shown in the listing photo. I've given 2 stars because communication in the chat was good and they offered me a partial refund, but the person I met at collection was not Dita but a guy that didn't care about my issue and thought it wasn't a big deal, which left me feeling confused on who I was speaking to in the chat who seemed ok. Just an all around weird situation and I don't feel comfortable renting from here again, I appreciate the refund but I can't forgive a lender false advertising and jeprodisring my video shoot.
