First of all, it's old/neglected. The memory card I expected wasn't provided. I ordered two Sachtler tripods, but only one arrived, and the other one was a poor, amateur tripod, leaving me in a difficult situation. It took a long time to reach them during the rental process, and they didn't offer a solution.
