Brand new Kamei roof box, used once by the owner, available for hire with CRUZ Steel Racks and CRUZ fittings suitable for Flush Rails. Assistance with fitting on collection if required. "The Husky 330 seems bigger than its stated 330 litres of capacity, thanks to its low profile reinforcing ribs and fittings, and a lid that's an optimum shape for load carrying. Certainly it's amazing how much you can stuff into it! For more information about this, see the tab "What does volume really mean?" In summary, KAMEI tend to underestimate their volume, Karrite and Thule swing the other way. It includes KAMEI's ingenious central locking system - all the benefits of central locking without the potential drawbacks: The box is unlocked with a quarter key turn, but locked again just by pulling the box shut. Big deal? Actually, yes. All other central locking systems have a big drawback when it comes to closing the box, because you need to turn the key in the lock at the same time as holding down both the front and the rear of the box – which is a three handed operation if the lid is being held up by bulky gear, or if the base is sagging due to incorrect loading or weakness. The KAMEI system has three catches and three hinges, for extra security. And you can’t take the key out of the lock until the box is properly shut. It's a really neat system."
