Description

Sony a7Rii camera converted to full spectrum infrared. A7R2 (LENS not included!) This is my second a7Rii camera (slightly better conditions that the v1 one at a different link. V1 https://fatllama.com/uk/i/hire-sony-a7rii-a7r2-infrared-camera-99447092 There is also a simpler version as A7 camera https://fatllama.com/uk/i/7d5-sony-a7-infrared-camera-ready-for-use-comes-with-a-clip-filter-that-you-choose If you rent my lenses with the camera, I will give you up to 50% discount on them! For false colour and IR pass 590nm: 1) see church picture: 590nm followed by simple task of channel swapping in Photoshop, with two different results. 2) a very simple B&W example 850nm 3) The picture with the city, the water and the trees is using 590nm filter, and then swapping channels Red into Blue and viceversa, with some Green into the Red. This gives pink foliage. Again, it's more art than science! I will also provide one clip on filter for the sensor, so that NO EXTRA filters will be needed, so the camera will work right away with any of your lenses, with no need for additional filters on the lens. Very easy! IMPORTANT how to install and remove the clip in filter: https://youtu.be/kkmDYiFticM You can choose one of these CLIP ON filters: IR pass 850nm (excellent for B&W, very dark skies and very light foliage - but no false colour at all) IR pass 720nm (excellent for B&W, probably the best wavelength compromise for B&W between Contrast and Exposure.) IR pass 590nm (excellent for False Colour " Goldie" and "Blue Sky" effects, very good for black and white) Or if you prefer you can have two of these screw on: As SCREW ON filters I have 950nm - 82mm and 49mm (note that I don't have this as clip in, only screw on) 850nm - 82mm and 49mm 760nm - 82mm and 49mm (note that I don't have this as clip in, only screw on) 720nm - 82mm and 49mm 680nm - 82mm and 49mm (note that I don't have this as clip in, only screw on) 590nm - 82mm Tiffen Red 25 and 49mm (Hoya R 25A and Pentax Asahi R60 (R2) - I have not tested them much - they are probably more for film, not digital Each additional filter for only 2 pounds a day. I may have more filters at some point, please enquire. Alternatively, with the camera you can rent the more advanced filter in my other listings, for which I will give you a 50% discount!) GREAT FEATURE: these allow you to avoid editing work*** a) Kolari Vision IR Chrome Lens Filter Aerochrome / Ektachrome 82mm https://fatllama.com/rentals/london/hire-kolari-vision-ir-chrome-lens-filter--aerochrome--ektachrome-07838663 b) Kolari Vision Blue IR/NDVI Lens Filter 82mm for infrared https://fatllama.com/rentals/london/hire-kolari-vision-blue-irndvi-lens-filter-82mm-for-infrared-79927964 c) ZB2 BG3 https://fatllama.com/rentals/london/hire-uv-ir-pass-filter-zb2-bg3-82mm-for-infrared-full-spectrum--46551183 (for this I have several filter thread sizes) See example pictures in those listings I also have gradual infrared filters (this will need post work, and, although it works and is very convenient it is probably not as good quality as the individual ones), eg 82mm Gradual Infrared Pass Lens Filter 530nm-750nm Screw-on https://fatllama.com/rentals/london/hire-82mm-gradual-infrared-pass-lens-filter-530nm750nm-screwon-91627566 THE FOLLOWING POINT ABOUT THE LENS IS IMPORTANT unless you are just playing around. Hot spots can be annoying. Make sure your lenses are good enough for IR, eg no hot spots etc - eg see here A) http://kolarivision.com/articles/lens-hotspot-list/ Sony E/FE Mount Lens IR Hotspot Performance Good Performers Sony E 16mm f/2.8* SEL16F28 (hotspot starting at F5.6) Sony Vario-Tessar T* FE 16-35mm f/4 ZA OSS (Good to f/16 at 35mm, good to f/5.6 at16mm) <<<<<< I HAVE Sony Vario-Tessar T* E 16-70mm f/4 ZA OSS (mild hotspot starting at F5.6, works best with 590nm) Sony E 18-55mm F3.5-5.6 OSS SEL1855 * (mild hotspot starting at F7, mostly at 18mm) Sony Vario-Tessar T* FE 24-70mm f/4 ZA OSS <<<<<< I HAVE Sony E Zeiss T* 24mm
