Really good experience overall! The item was exactly as described and worked perfectly. Florence was kind and helpful throughout the entire process!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS—this was a terrible experience. The pickup and drop-off did not happen at the time the lender agreed and I was made to wait over 20 minutes both times because no one was home. To make matters worse, I was told the camera would come with an SD card and it did not so I couldn’t take a single photo because the lender failed to check the equipment after it had been returned from the previous renter. As the pick up was already late I didn’t have time to check as I had to rush to make it to my other plans on time and by the time I realised i was already more than an hour away.  I had specifically rented the camera for my birthday and had no backup, which meant I wasted both time and money. Was told he would reimburse me but failed to do so as well.

great experience from start to finish! communication was amazing and Florence was incredibly understanding and helpful throughout the whole process, everything went smoothly. had a great time using it and would absolutely recommend and happily borrow again🤍

The worst customer service skills! I rented a camera from this lender and wanted to know where and what time I could pick up the camera as I work very long hours and will be going away on the day I booked to rent. I messaged her late in the evening and I hadn’t recieved a response back from the lender so I thought maybe it would be easier for us to communicate (as I understand it’s only one person ). I asked her once where  I could pick this up and she then responded asking me how’s she’s supposed to know who I am if I don’t provide a name which I completely understand! So I provided this with the date of rental. She then said to me that the information as to where I can pick this up is on the booking but I’m only using this website for the first time so it’s a bit unfamiliar to me. She then went onto  ask me “ your booking is in 10 days- what’s so urgent babe?” As a first time customer this is no way to speak to someone who’s renting your equipment. She [part removed due to being factually incorrect] and then eventually cancelled my booking which I’m glad she did because I honestly wouldn’t have felt safe to pick up any equipment from someone who has no regard for customer service.

Great person to rent from! Camera in perfect conditions with all the extras included, lovely person, would rent from them again!
