Previously rented a generator and had issues to start it (took me around 20 mins to do so) this time I was told the generator wouldn’t have any issues but we had to get another emergency one as it only was working for the first 30 mins and after it took us time to start it up, after it was shutting down around 2-3 times we decided to rent another generator, I explained the situation providing proof of us purchasing another generator, chats on the day of us having issues with it and still decided to not even do a full/partial refund or come with a solution that both of us would be happy with, definitely not renting again and will stop recommending them to people that come for renting advice
