Sony FE 12-24mm f/2.8 GM hire in London (SEL1224GM) — the widest constant f/2.8 zoom Sony make, collected from Bayswater W2 in central London. 12mm on full-frame is properly wide. Wide enough that architecture stops needing a tilt-shift and interiors stop needing an apology. Holding f/2.8 the whole way through means it also works for astro and night exteriors, which most ultra-wides can't manage. One thing to plan around: the front element is bulbous, so there is no screw-in filter thread. There's a rear gel slot instead. Worth knowing before you build an ND setup for it.
