Description
This is *THE* most effective way of filtering stones, rocks, half-bricks, flint, glass, building-site waste, man-made waste, organic matter from your top soil. The unit requies a hatchback, MPV or van for transport, alternatively the frame can be dismantled to fit into a smaller car as long as the drum length + handle can be accommodated. We recommend that ideally, soil is : 1) Dug and turned over beforehand - either manually using a fork, or rotavator/tiler/cultivator (I have a Hyundai rotavator for rent too). 2) Remove from the ground and collected in piles to dry, which should be covered with tarpaulin during damp weather conditions. We advise against screening damp or sodden soil.
