Absolutely brilliant experience renting from Francesca! She was so friendly, helpful and accommodating from start to finish, really easy to communicate with and made the whole collection and return process so straightforward. The machine worked perfectly and did such a great job. Would 100% recommend renting from her and would happily do so again. Thank you so much! 😊
