Description
Revered amongst engineers and producers. The Shure Beta 52A is a powerhouse kick drum microphone. Thanks to a premium capsule housed inside a bulletproof metal enclosure, the 52A sounds as formidable as it looks. Boasting more depth than your average kick mic, the Beta has been fine tuned to harness super-low sub frequencies. As well as that all-important midrange punch. Combined with a gentle top end boost, you'll get fully formed drum tones immediately. There's no need to wrestle with EQ, which is why you'll see the Beta in venues worldwide. It's the mic to reach for when you want the right kick sound. Fast.
