My concern was that the kit was returned late (after 10pm) and only after I chased for an ETA. I then had to follow up when the radio slave wasn’t returned and chase again for its return the next day. I was also disappointed the Eneloop rechargeable batteries weren’t returned, despite me specifically mentioning them. I’d agreed to an early pick-up and included extra batteries knowing the Air Remote drains power. I’m always happy to accommodate, but I do expect clear communication about returns or any issues, which didn’t happen here. Being described as “extremely miserable and desperate to complain about anything” is uncalled for and hurtful. Please let me know if any of the above is inaccurate.
