I asked if I could drop off the item the following morning for 7am instead of the previous evening. It was all agreed amd thought great but I am requested to pay an additional day rent. I was under the aggrement from the talks we had this would not incur an additional cost. Not happy.

You returned the item completely broken and acted like it was fine when you returned it. It was the resolutions team that suggested the additional day was chargeable in order to cover losses.

Because the whacker plate is electric, this thoughtful gesture allowed me to work in a much safer environment. He was also highly flexible with the return timing, happily accommodating me when I ran behind schedule and needed to drop it off a little later. His service was excellent from start to finish, and I would recommend him anytime to anyone.
