Lender didn’t message me until 8pm the night before the rental to tell me he was out of the country and that I had to speak with his wife to arrange collection. I had already booked another camera as he’s been totally unresponsive for the previous 4 days. He is now refusing to give me a refund and I am having to go through Fat Llama to attempt to get my money back.
