Communication and ease of booking was great up until collection when I couldn’t find them and they wouldn’t respond to my messages. I ended renting from somewhere else which was very inconvenient however they did finally reply and issue me a full refund due to various circumstances which I do understand. However directions to collect this need to be clearer and higher communication upon the day of collection.
