The gimbal was clean and in perfect order, it was given to me with all the necessary parts including instruction booklet and battery charger in the box. Batteries were charged before rental. It was tricky to use however for anyone inexperienced with it and takes time to balance and even start up--a lot of turning it on and off again. I would advise to rent for enough time to test and set up a day before shooting. Irena was professional and on time with renting. I would rent from her again. Thanks!
