Communication was pretty dreadful. I had to message several times to arrange drop off and only heard back two days before. Speakers were dropped off by a lovely woman called Fleur but as she just did the drop offs, she was unable to help me with any questions I had. I tried to contact about it and he didn’t reply for 24 hours, which as it was the day of my wedding, was too late. I could only get one microphone working and one speaker cut out during my first dance. Overall, speaker quality was good but wouldn’t book again.
