The camcorder failed 20 mins into the wedding ceremony that it was rented for. Tried to charge/ re-start it throughout the day and night but couldn't get it working again. The lender was friendly and cooperative at the start, but then things soured as we wanted a refund, and the lender threatened that I wouldn't get a refund unless I left a positive review. Raised the issue with Hygglo as the conversation with the lender was not professional or appropriate. Hygglo returned the service fee, but the rental was a waste of £60 for essentially nothing.
