We have been renting from Egor a number of times; great lenses and always easy to work with. Unfortunately, this time was different. I booked a lens to use for a wedding, but as the time approached to arrange collection he did not respond to any messages. In the end I went to the collection point on the morning of the wedding but he was not there and I could not get the lens for the wedding. This was a waste of time and money, and I had to make do with other lenses on the wedding day. Hopefully this doesn't happen again in the future.
