Description
Lovely vintage Gibson J-45 from 1965. The workhorse of the Gibson Jumbo guitars for over 80 years. Loved by guitarists across pretty much every musical style for its big warm strummed sound and easy-play picking. As you'd expect from a guitar that's been around since the mid-60s, this one has its fair share of dents and nicks - but no cracks or structural issues. The gradual fade to the cherry sunburst is more than compensated for by the beautiful lacquer checking to the body top. And it sounds gorgeous. Great low action and lovely big fat tone across the strings, with plenty of cut at the top end. A great vintage acoustic! Happy to include a support pack at no extra cost, with: - Hercules Mini Stand - Strap - Clip-on Tuner - Cleaning Cloth - Complimentary Plectrums. Happy to meet personally in London to hand over. And if this isn't the one for you, check out my other guitar, amp and pedal listings!
