Very responsive and rental kit was superb!

We used this lights for a shoot, the lights themselves were amazing, in great condition. The problem is the director tried to return these lights, when he was 20 minutes away, the renter turned him away saying she would like go sleep instead, in the morning, she demanded her lights back at 9am, because it was a late shoot the director overslept, after reassuring her that the lights will be returned asap, she reported the lights as unreturned as if we had planned to steal these lights. Very disappointing. When the director gave the lights back, she snatched them out his hands without a word, walked off and still made a false report. Long story short, great product, poor hosting.

Good lender, fast responses and punctual pickup. Lens was in perfect condition, no scratches, but a little dusty around focus ring.
