Roki was great! Replied within minutes of me sending my first message, helped me through the step by step process of renting on FatLlama (as this was my first time) and answered any questions I had. 

He also helped me set up the camera with the settings I wished to use when I arrived to collect - as I had not used this camera before - and was very helpful with information on how the return process worked. 

Roki was also amazing when it came to returning the camera, giving me details on timing and when to return. I will certainly be renting with Roki again!
