I have to say I’m let down on this hire. Equipment is in great condition. However prep was poor, information was poor and no responsibility taken at anytime. A shame as it would be a great hire if there was some kind of customer service beyond pick up and collection times.

This was my first rental experience and I'm sincerely happy to report that 'Dol King' was a pleasure to rent from. I was really nervous but they nerves were settled due to communication preior to and on the day if collecting the camera. The camera was easy to use and clean. not to mention the rental was reasonably priced for 3 days.
