Perfect and prompt communication, flexible lender. The item itself was a bit disappointing as one of the velcro pads was stuck on the wrong side of the panel, so the lightbox was tilting to the left and I had to put some tape, which didn't look very good. A bit embarassing when you are shooting in the presence of the client. But in the end, the lightbox did what it was supposed to do and I got the shots I needed. The client is happy with the photos.
