I recently hired the Panasonic GH5s package, most of which was in great working condition and fulfilled the job it was intended for. However, there were some inconsistencies with what was originally advertised. An essential piece of equipment (xlr to jack lead) was missing from the kit, which meant I was unable to use the rifle mic for sound and could therefore only rely on the internal camera audio. This was only discovered once on set location and under time pressure. Post shoot, this was raised by myself when I returned the kit and I questioned the possibility of a partial refund, which I was told would be considered and I would hear back. This is yet to be resolved.
