No strap with the camera as in the photo. Otherwise camera worked fine and picking up/dropping off was easy enough.

Horrible experience, this is my second time using Alba, but on this occasion I had an horrible experience and will not be using her EVER AGAIN.
I hired the lenses for a wedding for the period of on days hire, contacted Alba that evening (10pm) to bring the lenses back the same day and did not receive any response. Alba messaged me back in the morning saying that she was sleeping and that the lenses had to be returned immediately or I would have to pay for an additional day as it is now over 24hrs. I explained I could have the lenses to her within 2hrs but she explained that that was not good enough and I would have to pay, which I said I would. 
I went to work, got another message that evening asking if i could make payment, once I saw the message I made payment immediately and apologised and explained I was working. I messaged her back asking her if I may return the lenses that evening. This message was sent five minutes after her last message to me. Once again I received no communication back until the next morning at 7 am requesting that the lenses are returned by 8 am.
I totally understand that a day hirer means hiring a product for 24 hours but feel that it’s on fair if you are on attainable for 10 to 12 those hours.
