Very quick to reply and easy to liase with to pick up items.

Mhairi was great - she replied really quickly everytime I messaged her and also allowed me to leave the ice axes in a safe place when I returned them. I would definitely rent from her again.

Mhairi was so helpful, very quick to answer messages and very flexible. Only downside is she is in Thornlie now and you really have to have a car to be able to pick up and return the items.

Mhairi was quick to respond making organising picking up and returning the mat very straightforward. My only gripe is the quality of the mat which is described as "highball" - I would not trust it for highballs, it is thin and quite small. Additionally, the straps don't stay on properly which is annoying.
