We rented a tent through Fat Lama and arrangements/organising for collection were smooth. We were told that the condition of the tent was unknown but there were a couple of known faults. We were given the option of purchasing the tent if we wanted after rental. The tent served its intended purpose, however when we informed the owner of its actual condition, he offered for us to keep it at no additional charge. I feel this is reasonable as it may not be usable again, however the price paid was fair for the rental and that the owner was reasonable in this situation. I would rent from him again if the situation arose.
