Great people to rent from. Answers to messages very fast. And the camera was in an excellent condition. Batteries were charged, so I just could go straight to the event. Definitely will rent again! Thank you! :)

GB was prompt and the gear was top-notch. Arrived in hardcase and great condition. All in all I'm happy the service, the only reason for giving 4 stars and not 5 stars is that at the time the delivery guy came to pick the items from GB I realised that the camera lacked the feature I needed (my fault). I then text GB to ask if he has a different model. I did not ask for a refund and his response wasn't very friendly just stating the terms and conditions that I couldn't receive a refund. Better customer service would have been to offer to send me another model (paid) and perhaps I could return this model to him and wouldn't get charged the full amount.
