Lens Lab 

LENS LAB was originally really quick to reply and the booking process went smoothly. At the time of picking up the lens, I stood in front of the lab/house for a solid 15min under the pouring rain, ringing them about 4/5 times before someone picked up, only to find out they had forgotten about me and were 15 miles away at home. I do appreciate that the owner apologised and tried their best to get to Brighton quickly and deliver the equipment to me (2 hours later), but the whole situation put me in a delicate position as I had rented this specific equipment for professional use and my client wasn't too happy about it. I am aware that when possible, you try to pick up renting equipment the day before to prevent that kind of thing from happening, but the previous day being a Sunday and me not living in Brighton made it impossible. The renter knew this as I had specifically explained the situation, so it's understandable that I ended up being a little disappointed overall. The lens was however in a really good state, and the rest of the day went smoothly, so I can't complain when it comes to that.
