Description

Set of Canon FD cine modded lens's. These are all the SSC coating versions of the lenses, much like their bigger K35 brothers. Expect edge softness, low contrast and warmth. A great pairing with most mega sharp high def image sensors. All have been hard EF mount modded, so no need to adding crappy adapters into the mix etc, straight on with new EF mounts. All apatures have been declicked, and they all have the same 80mm front ring and 77mm internal screw filter thread and seamless focus gears. (Which I hadnt yet fitted when I took the current photos) The kit consists of the following lenses: 17mm F4 ssc 24mm F2.8 ssc 35mm F2 ssc 50mm F1.4 ssc 85mm 1.8 ssc The 25/35/50/85 are optically perfect. No scratches, fungus or mould in the lens at all, I searched hard for perfect examples. The 17mm is optically perfect, but interesting... it has the AR SSC coating removed on the front element, but still has it on the rear element. Thanks, Jacob PS: I also have an Aivascope Anamorphic lens 1.5x which works amazingly with these FDs as taking lenses. On full frame the 50 & 85 work great with no vingetting, and on S35 the 35mm also works with a bit of vingetting.
