I would not trust this service, the communication was terrible, they refused to speak to me on the phone. After paying the full amount they asked me last minute for 'proof of my shoot'. Time went on and on and they still couldn't confirm or reassure me that this was actually happen. I would stay far away from them.

Thank you for your feedback. As previously explained, the handover had already been agreed, and you were given more than enough time for the handover schedule. Our communication took place over the weekend while we were travelling abroad for a wedding project. As mentioned on numerous occasions, we advised that our response times would be slower than usual. Despite this, we continued to keep you updated throughout the process and responded as soon as we were able to.
