Description
An 80s classic. An all-valve Fender Champ, formerly owned by Tom Robinson Band guitarist Danny Kustow. Produced from 1986 to 1992, it's not the earliest Fender Champ, the one Fender first introduced in 1948 (with a massive 4 Watt output) But it is the last of the Champs to stand alone with valves. So you can expect all that warmth and power in overdrive. The original speaker's been replaced with a modern Eminence Legend, which increases the tonal responsiveness dramatically. A perfect practice amp - for one or two players. But it's also great for small room gigging - on its own, mic'd up, or via a second external speaker connection. In great condition, with very few dents and nicks. Happy to meet personally in London to hand over. And if this isn't the one for you, check out my other guitar, amp and pedal listings!
