Adequate communication and good overall price. A bit of a hassle arranging collection logistics but worked out fine in the end. Ended up using a delivery company for the return of the scooters. 

Would probably pay a little more and rent again from Jermaine if the kinks in delivery/collection are ironed out.

He was ready to help right away when I asked to borrow the item very last minute. Jermaine was a star!!

Ideal rental, no issues at all, easy drop and pick up
