Initially it was agreed to collect the drone at 4pm, but on the day I was asked if I can come later as the weather was good and the owner wanted to go out. A new time was proposed and I agreed to be in the area for 7-8pm. After many round around the block and frustrated messages, I managed to collect the drone at around 10pm, bearing in mind that I needed it for a job at 6am the next morning. The drone came with all batteries flat, but as I had to sleep, I only managed to charge one of them up and the remote. The return went slightly smoother, only had to wait around for half an hour after the agreed time.

Poor communication, late to meet for pick up, when i did get the drone 3 propellers were missing! batteries weren't charged, filters not present.   Luckily i checked before leaving and the problems were fixed eventually.  After that fine.

Definitely rent this if you are a pro, ND filters were amazing. fast response and straight forward.
