When using this rig the monopod can take the weight when you're resting (just don't let go!), and then you can easily move around. The Ronin-S has a quick release so the gimbal can easily be removed from the monopod, used, and then placed onto the table stand (also with quick release). It's a very easy rig to use and the focus motor works great with the lens kit included here.
