Description
Fender Player Jazz Bass in Black, with Maple fretboard. This is a great bass, which sounds amazing and plays really well. It's been gigged and used in rehearsal a few times but not much more. A local luthier did a shielding of the cavity, as it hadn't been done by Fender, making the bass noisy originally. It is much quieter now, at least when not soloing one of the pickups, in that situation you obviously get the classic single-coil hum... But if you know your Jazz Bass, you know that's normal. Specs are classic: Alder body, maple neck and fretboard, vintage-style tuners, single-coil pickups, passive Volume/Volume/Tone electronics. It comes with an aftermarket (shielded) black pickguard.
