DO NOT USE, REPEAT DO NOT USE Yellow Cactus cost us our shoot due to incompetence and uncared for equipment. We rented their package, Freefly Movi Pro with Easyrig Minimax - including Ignite Adapter and Mimic via Fat Llama on the 6th of November. We had multiple issues listed below, which resulted in 6 ubers going back and forth to correct all the issues, and that time cost our shoot for a major label. No Dtap to mini power cable (usually standard with a movi pro kit, they don't provide it). Provided a lightweight easyrig for a movi pro build. The fact that it’s a movi pro shows it’s going to be a heavy build so again not standard practice. Chipped movi so we couldn’t balance it. We had a very experienced commercial 1st AC onboard. They sent the incorrect Allen keys and that a lot of the screws have sheared heads. And they forgot to add in our easyrig the evening before the shoot, which was meant to come with movi so another uber to get that. We addressed these issues with them after the shoot and they told us we would receive a refund on the 8th november. We have followed up three times since then and we haven't heard a word or received our refund. DO NOT USE
