The equipment wasn’t ready when I arrived, so I had to leave and come later. Then, I was given the camera without a bag/case which felt very unsafe, given it was raining, I was collecting the camera at 8pm at Finsbury Park and had other errands to run around the area, so I wasn’t able to take Uber immediately. I found that quite unprofessional and it costed me extra money to come to Owen’s twice and then took Uber to transport the camera. The lack of bag/case should’ve been communicated before.

Easy pick up and drop off, was quick reply to messages. Overall smooth transaction. However after item returned, tried claiming item had been damaged on rental (we used item super lightly for 5 minutes, for 1 video shot in a studio setting so wasn’t sure how this was possible). I was genuinely trying to get to the bottom of the problem, resolve the issue and come to a solution for the lender but he became rude and unhelpful over texts, ended up not responding to my message👍

Mint condition equipment. Owen was really generous and let me return the recorder late for no extra charge.
