Straightforward service as per usual.

I texted ahead of time to let them know I was almost there so that I wouldn't have to stand outside for much time and I recommend other users do the same if you are concerned about that.

The scooter itself worked fine and rides very smoothly, no problems there. Note that the charger required an EU to UK adapter so if you don't have your own make them aware of that.

I highly recommend renting from these guys if you're able. I'll be purchasing this same model as a result of trying it out.

Good rental, great guy, but more time precision is needed around pick-up and drop-off, it's not nice to wait outside in the cold for 10 minutes wondering when you'll appear

That's as much battery I got max at any point despite charging it overnight and more. Whether it was faulty charger or the battery - I don't know, but in total I managed to use it for less than 90 minutes over two days, which is a bit underwhelming for 30 quid. Awesome machine - build quality, ride smoothness, acceleration - but really wish I could test the range and climbing ability too

The OX is one hell of a scooter..... Chimi was very understanding when I idiotically forgot to bring the charger back with me and was cool about me returning it next day.
