Was told it was ready for me, didn't hear back in the following minutes on Fat Llama or by phone when I asked for more detail, but I left to pick up within the next half hour, and owner said they were not available for several more hours.  Just kind of "Oh sorry." Should not have accepted same-day rental if they were going to be unavailable. Felt scammed.
