It works perfect, never had any issues so you can rent this with confidence. This microphone works with DSLRS or Camcorders, Please connect the adaptor cable, the LVM3 can be used for an interview and a talk show. When working with smartphones, it may be used for Youtube Podcasting，phone broadcast，an interview even making a Music sampler.
