Description
Available here is a Leica M4 camera with a 35mm f/2 7artisans lens. Peripheral are the strap, UV filter on the lens, and vented lens hood. This is an absolute classic, a meterless rangefinder and standard-wide lens as used by some of the most iconic photographers of all time. This is a perfect setup for anyone looking to experience the classic Leica rangefinder experience, for street photography, portraits, lifestyle, documentary, anything! Camera and lens are well serviced and in perfect working order. Rangefinder is calibrated with the lens, and all shutter speeds are accurate. Viewfinder is clear, film advances smoothly, although if you don't draw it across fully there may be uneven frame spacing! The lens has the feet markings blacked out, as I only understand metric, hopefully this won't be an issue. I will be happy to show you how to load and shoot this camera, and offer pointers if needed when you collect. I recommend an external light meter/mobile app if you are not confident with sunny /16 metering methods! The M4 has framelines for 35/50/90/135mm lenses if you would like to use your own lens with this camera.
