there were no instructions to set up, and it was quite confusing Also some of the parts of the green weren’t able to be used so the green screen wasn’t set up completely correctly

Hi Shanu, we don't offer tutorials on how to use our equipment. It is expected that you are sufficiently competent to use any hired equipment, and we were disappointed with condition the green screen was returned in.
