I had a very good rental experience with GB. Kit is in very good condition. GB is very kind and helpful during the whole renting process. Would definitely come back for future rental.

Renter was very friendly and understanding as I could not return the monopod on the agreed time. They gave me a bit more grace period which was super helpful.

Very easy to organise with. Would use them again!

Really good price, very easy to contact, friendly and was able to be available for us when we wanted to return at short notice!

Unfortunately the lender forgot to include the power lead in the safety box when I collected the item, but thankfully they issued a full refund and were cooperative and transparent about their mistake. It's just a shame the charity event couldn't go ahead as planned, as well as the extra journey I made to check if the lead I needed was in the box and missed by me. As mentioned, the lender was cooperative and did apologise, so I wouldn't want to deter anyone from using them as it seems to be an honest mistake. However, this is the reality of my experience on this occasion.
