Description
The go-to acoustic for artists as close and diverse as David Byrne, David Gilmour, Dave Grohl, Thom Yorke, Johnny Marr and Johnny Cash. The Martin D-35, characterised by its unique three-piece back. Not as loud as a D-28, and with less ringing sustain, the design gives it a wonderful sweet tone, balanced across all six strings. Strumming, picking, and fast-playing with that low-profile neck. A lovely dreadnought! This one's seen some action, so a few nicks and dents to it, but sounds great, with all the Martin tone you could wish for. Fantastic experience from start to finish. Iain was incredibly helpful, polite and enthusiastic, and even provided an extra bag of useful tools, including a clip-on tuner. The 1972 Fender Precision Bass and amp were in pristine condition, sounded incredible and genuinely elevated our rehearsal session. Excellent service all round – I’ll absolutely be hiring from Iain again.
