Smoke Machine didn’t work. He suggested asking ChatGPT why and refused to give me a refund

It must've taken a knock, I opened it up and there was a component that was slightly loose but I've fixed it now. I gave you all the suggestions I could and none was working so I suggested looking online as a last resort. I said I would give you a refund after I've looked at it, I've never has this problem before. Apologies for the inconvenience.
