Beautiful Nord Electro 4 HP 72 Keys Electric Piano, with weighted keys. Comes with padded case, power supply and sustain pedal. 

This keyboard features ultra realistic electric and acoustic piano sounds (upright and grand piano), the best available emulations of Hammond and Farfisa organs, strings, choir sounds, Mellotron, and countless other sounds, as well as built in effects (EQ, delays, chorus, flangers, reverb, compression, speaker cabinet emulations... and more). 
The organ section is truly exceptional. 

It can be used as MIDI controller via both MIDI and USB connections.

Pickup is preferable as it is a bulky item. Can be flexible depending on nature of the rental.
