Collection 3 min from canal. Welcome to set it up and leave your stuff safely at my house and go for the day!

Otherwise, the whole experience was a nightmare. Sara wasn't here, and let her flatmate and neighbour take care of the rental. 

She didn't send me the address, almost hang up on me when I called to find the place, and forgot to give me the paddle.

Eventually, she used the paddle herself afterwards, lost a screw (that I hadn't even used nor seen myself) and accused me of having it lost. What a coincidence...
