Tom is very responsive and professional. The collection and communication went well and the camera kits are in good condition. He helped out with some troubleshoot while I am filming in the field for which I am really appreciated. Also, I am glad we've managed to sort out the problems I caused. It's my first time renting kits for an overseas shoot and it's a good experience. Highly recommended Tom.
